How do I order??

Simply click on your desired item, add it to your shopping cart and once you are ready, you can proceed to your shopping cart for check out.

Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

What currency are you using? Where are you based??

Marx B is a retail shop based in Singapore.

 As such, the currency displayed on our website is Singapore dollars (S$) by default. The respective credit card company will convert this into your local currency.

How can I pay for my order??

For Singapore customers, you can make payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
 
If you encounter difficulties in making payment or you see an error message, do contact us for assistance.

Can I order from outside Singapore??

No. We only ship within Singapore.

Do I need an account to start purchasing??

No you do not need an account to start purchasing. You may checkout as a guest.

However, by creating a free account, you will be eligible for free shipping! You are also able to collect points and redeem it for discount via our Loyalty Rewards Program. You can also check your order status and order history after creating an account.

How can I check my order status and order history??

Simply log on to your account to check your order status and order history. In addition, you will receive e-mail updates on your order status when your order is processed and shipped.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it??

We are afraid that we do not allow amendments to be made to your order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and minimize errors.

Can I reserve an item??

We do not take reservations. Kindly proceed to make payments in case the item you want becomes out of stock.

What sizes do you offer for your shoes??

For all designs we offer from size 40-45, subject to our availability of stocks. If we have ran out of stock, orders can be taken to be sent in with our next batch of inventory. Lead time is approx about 2-3 weeks.

Are all your designs displayed on your website??

We will have new designs coming in every month. We currently have range of 40 over designs however we have handpicked the selected few in our collection which is also our best selling designs. So with your continuous support, please help to like our Facebook page on the home page.

Alternatively, if you do want something exclusive, you may want to consider our custom shoe on the Gentleman’s Edition page.

How do I custom a shoe I want??

Contact us via our email, we will arrange a meetup with you for more information on your custom shoes or we can communicate via email or text if you could provide us with the picture of the shoes you saw.

Do you do refunds??

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds.

Goods sold are none refundable. However, should you want to change the design within 3 days, provided that the shoe has not been worn we would gladly assist to change the design for you subject to availability of the different design.
